1. Subscription Services
BrakePoint operates on a subscription model.
Paid plans are billed:

Monthly or

Annually
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
2. Refund Eligibility
Because BrakePoint is a digital SaaS platform:

Payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
3. Cooling-Off Period (UK Consumer Law)
If you are an individual consumer (not acting as a business):
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period.
However:
By subscribing and accessing the Platform immediately, you acknowledge that:

Digital services begin instantly

You may lose your right to cancel once full performance has begun
If you request cancellation within 14 days and have not materially used the service, we may offer a discretionary refund.
4. Failed Payments
If payment fails:

Your account may be downgraded

Access to premium features may be suspended
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We may offer refunds at our discretion in cases of:

Billing errors

Platform-wide service failure
6. Enterprise Agreements
Enterprise customers may have separate refund or termination terms defined in written agreements.
