BRAKEPOINT – REFUND POLICY

Last Updated: 21/02/2026

1. Subscription Services

BrakePoint operates on a subscription model.

Paid plans are billed:

  • Monthly or

  • Annually

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because BrakePoint is a digital SaaS platform:

  • Payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

3. Cooling-Off Period (UK Consumer Law)

If you are an individual consumer (not acting as a business):

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period.

However:

By subscribing and accessing the Platform immediately, you acknowledge that:

  • Digital services begin instantly

  • You may lose your right to cancel once full performance has begun

If you request cancellation within 14 days and have not materially used the service, we may offer a discretionary refund.

4. Failed Payments

If payment fails:

  • Your account may be downgraded

  • Access to premium features may be suspended

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We may offer refunds at our discretion in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Billing errors

  • Platform-wide service failure

6. Enterprise Agreements

Enterprise customers may have separate refund or termination terms defined in written agreements.
